I found myself immersed in a clean, modern space with a fantastic location, just a stone's throw from delightful local eateries like Bun Bo Nam Bo and Red Bean Trendy Restaurant. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, promptly assisting with transfers and excursions. the warmth extended beyond mere hospitality; the owner, with his extensive knowledge of Hanoi, even welcomed my family to dine with his own, an experience that deeply enriched our visit. This hotel provided us with unparalleled service and comfort-a truly memorable stay that I would highly recommend to all travelers.
